While serving as Professor and Dean at National University I was also responsible for the conduct of subject-based teacher Training Program for the college and school teachers at general and T.T colleges under National University. I conducted the admission tests for the admission of students in the colleges at the Honors and Masters level and was responsible for their admission, registration, transfer, etc. Besides I conducted seminars, workshops, and cultural competitions at the national level and attended various meetings at the ministry of Education, DSHE, NAEM, NCTB, UGC, National Parliament Secretariat and negotiated contracts with various international agencies such as World Bank, UNICEF, UNESCO, etc. on matters of educational interests.
